Nancy (Davis) Yakopovich was born and raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Nestled against the woods of Peach Hollow on the beautiful Chestnut Ridge in Derry, PA, is where Nancy resides with her husband, John. Here they raised their four children along with a menagerie of pets and farm animals. Now delighting in the escapades of her grandchildren, Nancy is devoted to them and her family whom she considers the inspiration for her children’s stories and poems. Lilly and Madi’s Playtime Dilemma, which was written in both English and Spanish, is Nancy’s first published children’s picture book.
 
José Antonio Acosta Pérez, the ilustrator, was born in La Habana, Cuba, in 1979. Is a plastic artist that works diverse mediums and formats, including illustrations for childrens books.
